Returns are generated from:
1. Annual Profit dividends: 7%-10% of the equity invested per annum
The balance (or profit) from the rental income after the mortgage repayments, property management expenses and any other fees outlined in our investment prospectus will be distributed to shareholders. This profit will be paid to shareholders each year as a % of their equity invested.
